Return Policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product.

You can submit a cancellation request:

• through your customer account by selecting the product you wish to return

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchases. Below you will find important information about our return policy:

Conditions for returns:

  • All returned products must be in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
  • The returned product must be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase.
  • The cancellation request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. After submitting the cancellation request, the product must be returned as soon as possible.
  • The original receipt or order confirmation must be included with the return.

Return process:

  • First, contact our customer service at info@teknikspot.shop and notify us of the return. Subject: Return | Product name | Order number. Alternatively, you can cancel your order through your customer account.
  • Once the return has been approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the product.
  • Pack the product carefully in its original packaging and send it to the provided return address.

Return/refund processing:

  • Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will refund the price of the returned product using the original payment method.
  • If the product was purchased with a gift card, the refund amount will be issued on a new gift card.
  • Failure to collect a package does not constitute a cancellation request.
  • The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product unless Teknikspot has specifically stated that it will cover the return costs.

Exceptions:

  • In certain cases, we cannot accept returns, such as for hygiene products or personal products. Any such exceptions will be stated on the product page.
  • In cases of misuse, such as using a gift card to try products for free and then returning them, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, such as restricting returns or cancelling the gift card. Such situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. This also applies to the 14-day right of return if misuse is detected.
  • The consumer must reimburse the actual and direct shipping/transportation costs incurred both from the seller to the consumer and from the consumer back to the seller. In addition, the consumer must pay any handling costs resulting from failing to submit a cancellation request and failing to collect the shipment.
  • If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, we will refund the payment after deducting the shipping and return costs as well as any applicable handling costs.

EU

General warranty and liability insurance:

  • Consumers are entitled to a minimum two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and other product defects. This means that you may request a repair or replacement if the product proves to be defective or does not conform to the contract.   • All our products also comply with EU liability insurance requirements, which means that we are responsible for the quality and safety of our products.
